Sunflower oil can be used as the primary vegetable oil within lotion, salt scrub, bath oil and massage oil formulas. The expected shelf life of sunflower oil is about one year, however adding pure vitamin E may help extend that. Sunflower Oil helps to moisturize, regenerate, and condition the skin. It is especially useful in formulations intended for mature, sensitive, dry or damaged skin.
