i have poor circulation in my legs and use this every night on my legs before i go to sleep. it really does relieve some of the pain and swelling. i do not see this in my local stores, so i am glad that i can get it on line , when my supply runs out. it is delivered promptly and packaged well. it had been recommended my a friend, who believes in home remedies rather than relying on medicines that have so many side effects. it may not have cured me, but it certainly does help me.
