All products sold by KT Supply are sourced directly from the original manufacturer or from authorized distributors.
Product Expiration Policy
For products that carry an expiration date, we only ship inventory with at least six (6) months of remaining shelf life whenever possible.
Formula & Packaging Changes
Manufacturers may periodically update product ingredients, formulas, packaging, labels, colors, or product designs without notice.
As a result, product images on our website may display previous packaging or formulas. The actual product received may differ from the product image shown online. We may no longer have access to discontinued formulas or discontinued packaging once the manufacturer has made a change.
Packaging Policy
Product packaging, bottle shape, container style, cap design, label artwork, case packaging, and box design may vary from the images displayed on our website.
Packaging variations do not affect the authenticity or quality of the product and are not considered defects, damages, or grounds for return.
UPC & Product Identification
All products sold by KT Supply contain a valid UPC barcode on the product itself or on the manufacturer's packaging, as assigned by the manufacturer.
Regulatory Compliance
KT Supply does not carry or distribute the following items:
- Skin bleaching, skin whitening, or skin brightening products.
- Cannabis, CBD, THC, or related products.
- Products that do not have a valid Safety Data Sheet (SDS/MSDS) when required.
- Products without a manufacturer-assigned UPC barcode.
