Regular Returns

All returns must be postmarketed within thirty (30) days of the date which it was delivered. All returned item must be in unused & unpacked condition.

Damaged Return
Important : please do not return without authorization

If customer received any damaged products, please following the step below :.

1. Please take a photo and email (support@ktsupply.com) or text (201.381.6180) us.
2. Once it is approved, customer will get a replacement or full refund.
* : All Damaged Claim must filed within 5 business days from the date which was delivered.


Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item. we will process your return. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refund may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

1. Original Shipping cost is non-refundable
2. 25% of restocking fee may apply
